How a design request works
Send the request
Fill in what you know below. A sketch, a lot photo or a photo of an existing family stone all help.
We draw the proof
Our designer draws it to the details you send, including any cemetery rules you have confirmed, and returns it with a trade quote in 7 to 14 days.
Review with the family
Check spelling, dates and name position. Send any changes back on the proof.
Approve, then production starts
Approve the proof and place the order. We produce exactly what the proof shows.

What comes back, and what to know
A proof
A drawing of the memorial showing layout, lettering, symbols and granite color.
A trade quote
Your trade price for the design as drawn, sent with the proof.
Check the cemetery first
Confirm the cemetery's rules before the family chooses. We need the lot map location before we can set.
Design fee
The first 2 proof revisions are free. A design request that does not become an order carries a $50 design fee, credited back if you later order.
