Send a design request
Send names, dates, product type, granite color and the cemetery to designer@gemstonememorials.com or through the Design a memorial form.
Send a requestReview the proof and trade quote
A proof and trade quote come back in 7 to 14 days. Check spelling, dates and name position with the family, then approve or mark changes.
How proofs workPlace the order
Account holders order in the retailer portal. Or send the Order Form and your PO.
How to orderProduction begins
Lead times run from proof approval: markers 4 to 6 weeks; uprights, cremation memorials and bronze 6 to 8; columbaria and niches 10 to 12.

We drop-ship direct to the cemetery anywhere in the country. In Ohio, Pennsylvania, New York and West Virginia, our own crews set the memorial and we file the cemetery permit for you.

No. Every memorial drop-ships direct to the cemetery, so you never hold inventory.
Where do we find pricing?
Pricing is in the retailer portal for account holders. Each proof also comes back with a trade quote.
How do funeral homes earn on memorials?
You resell from our price list at your own markup. We do not pay referral fees.
